Product returns

In case you do not like your purchase, you may return it in 14 days. If you would like to return the purchase, please inform us immediately via email info@seses.eu and attach your receipt of purchase.

Goods must be returned through the LPEXPRESS terminal or by post. The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will assess whether the above rules have been complied with and refund the same amount within 2 days.

The item to be returned has to be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Retain its original look suitable for retail
• In the original undamaged packaging
• With the original labels

Attention!

• If a client changes his/her mind and decides not to use the item, the item must not be used. The right to refuse a purchase is granted to you so that you have the opportunity to inspect the item the same way you would do it in a shop.
• The possibility to return/replace purchase in 14 days does not apply to custom made products as well as products modified upon individual request.
• The custom tax is paid by the sender, if the shipment is returned from non EU countries.
• After the term of 14-day term, the goods are not refundable.
